Dr. R. Douglas Gibson and Jeanne Zafft Gibson opened their Aspen Park Chiropractic & Massage Center in March of 1995. For 14 years their center was located in the original Aspen Park Village Shopping Center. Beginning with only the two of them, their practice has ebbed and flowed over the years to include as many as 6 Massage Therapists, Certified Homeopathy, Fitness Training, Licensed Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs, Hypnosis Therapy, Brain Gym, Nutritional Consultation, and Chiropractic care.
In 2004 they were honored to be the 2nd local business to be awarded the Ethics in Business Award by the Conifer Rotary Club.
Over these years the practice has seen as clients or patients over 5000 people from the Hwy 285 corridor and surrounding communities including Morrison, Conifer, Aspen Park, Bailey, Evergreen, Jefferson, Littleton, and Arvada.
Present
In February of 2009 the Gibson's moved their practice to the Kings Valley area to the log building called Timber Run West. This move brings the center to a beautiful setting that is peaceful and calming.
In collaboration with Dr. Doug’s Chiropractic Care, the center has four Certified and Licensed Massage Therapists with expertise in several massage therapy modalities including: Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Injury Recovery, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy, Trigger Point, Reiki, Trager Work, Shiatsu, Hot Stone, and Swedish massage techniques. Several types of relaxing and detoxifying Spa Treatments and Tai Chi Chuan instruction is also available (please see the specific descriptions of these services and practitioners in our drop down menu at the top of the page).
