How does Massage Therapy work?
Massage releases chronic tension, relieves pain in muscles, improves circulation, increases flexibility in the joints and reduces mental and physical fatigue.
Massage boosts the flow of energy-producing nutrients to your cells and speeds elimination of waste products that can make you feel achy and listless. In addition, massage is one of the most effective means available to combat stress.
